You're passionate about revolutionizing how law firms manage their invoice-to-cash process. You understand the legal tech space and are driven by the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, customer-obsessed startup that’s transforming an antiquated process with intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and a beautifully simple platform.

You thrive in a consultative sales environment, where you help clients reimagine their operational workflows and deliver measurable value within months. You’re comfortable navigating complex decision-making processes and communicating with everyone from finance professionals to C-level executives at some of the most respected firms in the industry.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Developing and executing a territory strategy for acquiring and growing business with law firms and professional services organizations.

• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including partners in Finance, IT, and Operations.

• Owning the entire sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term value and trust.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders—including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success—to create a seamless customer experience.

• Representing Oddr at industry events, conferences, and webinars to drive awareness and generate pipeline.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools to ensure visibility and pipeline integrity.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in legal tech or enterprise software.

• Proven success in driving complex sales cycles and exceeding quota.

• Strong understanding of the legal and professional services market is a major plus.

• A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to map product features to tangible business outcomes.

• Experience engaging C-level executives, finance professionals, and IT stakeholders.

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and curiosity.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Experience selling to AMLAW 100/200 or professional services firms.

• Familiarity with billing, collections, Financial processes, or revenue cycle platforms.

• Background working with or selling in LegalTech.
