Oddr Deprecated Features Policy
As the Oddr platform evolves, certain features may be replaced, consolidated, or retired. This policy describes how Oddr communicates feature deprecations to customers and provides reasonable transition timelines.

Definition of Deprecation
A feature is considered deprecated when Oddr determines that it will be removed from the platform in a future release. Once deprecated, the feature continues to function during the notice period, but Oddr may cease investing in enhancements or bug fixes for it beyond critical security patches.
A feature is considered retired when it has been fully removed from the platform and is no longer accessible.
Deprecation Notice
Customers will receive a notification via email and/or the Oddr Service Status page describing the feature being deprecated, the reason for the deprecation, and the planned retirement date.
Oddr will provide at least 90 days of advance notice before a deprecated feature is retired from the Production environment, except in cases where the deprecation is necessary for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, Oddr will provide as much notice as operationally practical.
Where applicable, Oddr will communicate the recommended replacement or alternative workflow for the deprecated feature.
Transition Support
During the deprecation notice period, Oddr will provide guidance and support to help affected customers transition to alternative features or workflows. This may include documentation updates, configuration assistance, and coordination with the firm’s technical team.
If a deprecation affects a firm’s integration workflows or data pipelines, Oddr will work with the firm’s IT team to plan and execute the transition in coordination with the firm’s change management process.
Deprecation Log
Oddr maintains a log of currently deprecated and recently retired features on this page. The log is updated as deprecation notices are issued.
